A total of ten prizes are known to new owners in the field of culture for 2019, which were awarded on Tuesday, September 1 at the Municipal House in Prerov by Olomouc Region. Among the award winners are authors of literary, television or theatre productions. The governor's award for outstanding achievement in the field of culture was taken over by Jiri Glonek, author of the book Na Jeseniky, who was not personally able to attend. For example, Theodor Moses – creator of the documentary film Baroque Great man" and Emily - Joy Smith, a member of the Moravian Theatre ballet ensemble, were also honoured. Frantisek Surmik received the lifetime achievement award.
